What to expect the next 6 weeks...

"Everyone knows what it is to hope. In the heart of each person, hope dwells as the desire and expectation of good things to come, despite our not knowing what the future may bring."~Pope Francis~Jubilee of Hope 2025
Before we get started on Ash Wednesday, I wanted to give you a sneak peak into the focus for each of the 6 weeks of Lent. Your daily message will comprised of 3 parts: Spiritual, Health, and Marriage. There will be a short reflection and journal prompt/question to ponder, goals for intermittent fasting and intentional movement, and an actionable challenge to strengthen your marriage.
Hope for your spiritual life will focus on cultivating hope by anchoring our trust in God’s promises, even amid challenging times. Short reflections are rooted in the Jubilee Year of Hope and align with the daily Mass readings.
Week 1: Hope in God's Promises (March 5-9)
Week 2: Hope in Trials (March 10-16)
Week 3: Hope in Surrender (March 17-23)
Week 4: Hope in Action (March 24-30)
Week 5: Hope in the Cross (March 31-April 6)
Week 6: Hope in the Resurrection (April 7-Easter Sunday)
Hope for your health will focus on introducing intermittent fasting and integrating intentional movement into your days. The goal is to embrace fasting as a spiritual discipline, a health practice, and an act of hope—offering our sacrifices to the Lord while improving our overall health and well-being. Movement will be simple yet effective, honoring the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit while fostering discipline, endurance, and resilience in hope.
