Through temperament coaching, using the Metanoia Catholic Temperament Assessment, you will discover a language for your God-given disposition. We bring that insight into your spiritual life, relationships, and will strive for growth in holiness. When you sign up for temperament Coaching, I will send you the link to the Metanoia Catholic Temperament Assessment (a short, ~7-minute quiz) as a first step toward naming, claiming, taming, and aiming your temperament. Once you receive your results, you will also get a report (free) detailing common virtues, vices, and pitfalls associated with your temperament. The goal is not to label you forever, but to help you understand how God made you, and how you might cooperate with grace more fruitfully.
