1:1 Charism Coaching

Service Description

As a certified Charism Coach through Many Parts Ministries, I offer a focused 4-session journey designed to help you deepen your Christian identity and discern your God-given charisms (spiritual gifts). If you’re longing to discover how God has uniquely equipped you, and to step more fully into that calling, this charism coaching path is a gift of clarity, encouragement, and spiritual momentum. As your certified coach, I’m honored to walk with you through identity, discernment, and the next steps of living creatively in Christ. When you sign up for charism coaching, I will reach out to you to set a date and time for our first meeting. You will then be sent a link to take the charism assessment through Many Parts Ministries. (The cost of the assessment is included in this coaching package.) This is more than a “gifts test”, it is supportive accompaniment as you explore how the Holy Spirit uniquely equips you to serve. When you have your results, we will meet three more times to review them, discuss resonances and surprises, and integrate feedback from prayer, discernment and testing of the charisms. Depending on your own personal discernment and testing of the charisms, these sessions can be spread out between 4-8 weeks. Each session is a safe space to ask questions, bring your doubts, and test what the Holy Spirit is doing in your life. My role is to coach, ask clarifying questions, hold you accountable, and help you interpret what God is doing. Benefits of Charism Coaching Clarity and Confidence: Gain a clearer sense of which spiritual gifts the Holy Spirit is actively using in you, reducing confusion or comparison. Alignment: Align your everyday life (work, relationships, ministry) with the gifts God has given you, rather than trying to force-fit into roles that do not suit you. Fruitfulness: Experience more joy and impact when you serve in ways that are Holy Spirit empowered rather than self-driven. Community & Belonging: As Many Parts emphasizes, every believer matters in building up the Body of Christ. Discerning your charisms helps you see where you best “plug in” to God’s work. Sustainable Growth: You will receive tools and practices (prayer habits, feedback loops, trial opportunities) to continue discerning and refining your gift-use long after our sessions.
